19/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - By approving the report by Austrian Social Democrat, Herbert Bösch, on funding for European Schools, the EP has stressed the need to maintain existing European schools and create new ones. It has also proposed setting up an inter-institutional group to elaborate strategic options for these schools, possibly on the basis of an independent study.
