Brussels, 12/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - Co-operation and trade negotiations with the EU, as well as the uncertainties linked to ongoing agricultural negotiations within the WTO were at the heart of the work of the ministers of the 78 ACP States, at a two-day Council meeting in Brussels.
