First results of panels on shortfalls in EU military capabilities

Brussels, 20/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - As announced in yesterday's EUROPE, p.8, the reports from the panels working on the shortfalls of EU military capabilities in the context of the European Capabilities Action Plan (ECAP) will be presented on 1 March 2003.
