Brussels, 20/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The debate on trade and poverty reduction (part of the Council conclusions) and the presentation of the new Commission proposal aiming to untie total European development aid have been presented to the Foreign Affairs Ministers by the Danish Presidency and the Commission as the main points of the External Relations Council "Development" agenda, revealed last Tuesday.
