28/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The heads of the different EU agencies met on 28 October at the European University Institute in Florence, on the occasion of a seminar on the role of the agencies, their future in the institutional context and budgetary aspects. Participants notably included Neil Kinnock (Vice-President of the European Commission), Bart Kieweit (President Community Plant Variety Office, acting coordinator EU agencies), Gianfranco Dell'Alba (MEP) and Wilfried Kuckelhorn (MEP).
