28/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Odysseus network, financed by the European Commission and coordinated by the "Université Libre de Bruxelles" is organising, on 15 and 16 November in Lisbon its second European congress of jurists specialised in European asylum and immigration policy on the theme "The emergence of a European asylum policy: Amsterdam, Tampere and Beyond".
