28/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to expedited procedure, the European Commission has approved the acquisition of the door to door delivery service, Interlanden BV, by the German postal operator, Deutsche Post. The operation also provides for the creation of a joint venture between Deutsche Post and Wegener NV, former owner of Wegener.
