Brussels, 23/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The final report of the European Convention's Working Group on Economic Governance chaired by German Social Democrat Klaus Hänsch raises more questions than answers. It shows a lack of majority on nearly all issues and should therefore be the subject of a detailed discussion during the plenary session of 7 and 8 November when the European Convention is also to tackle the social dimension of Europe.
