23/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Council Decision on the conclusion of the Convention between the European Community and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) concerning aid to refugees in the Middle East (2002-2005) and the Convention itself have been published in Official Journal L 281.
