21/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - In a resolution adopted at its congress in Estoril, the EPP calls on the Hungarian Government to (1) re-establish the independence of the Hungarian National Bank, (2) ensure the re-establishment of independent and balanced media and (3) take the necessary steps to satisfy EU accession criteria.
