Brussels, 30/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - As expected, the Party of European socialists is presenting its "vision of the future of Europe" this week in a paper drafted by the Socialist/Social-Democrat components of the European Convention, based on an exchange of views that was held at the PES seminar in Birmingham end-August (see EUROPE of 14 September, p.5).
