30/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the following operations according to expedited procedure: - joint takeover of SLEC, the company which owns the rights of the major automobile prizes, by the German bank Bayerische Landesbank and the American investment banks, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and Lehmann Commercial Paper Inc; - in Germany, the joint acquisition of the explosives company DynlTEC by Rheinmetall AG and Diehl Stiftung and Co.
