30/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - In co-operation with the European Network Against Racism (ENAR) and the EYF European Youth Forum, the European Citizens Action Service (ECAS) is launching a hotline on 1 October on "European citizenship and Barriers to free movement". The hotline will bring to the attention of the Convention the views of individual excluded from the Civil Society Forum (so far only reserved to organisations) on how well Maastricht Treaty European Citizenship works in practice....
