Strasbourg, 19/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - High points of the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe next week in Strasbourg, include the accession of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which could become the 45th ms of the pan-European organisation. The debate is planned for the 24 September but this will depend on the progress achieved regarding the new Constitutional Charter.
