"Mini-Summit" with candidate countries in Copenhagen on 28 October

Brussels, 19/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Danish EU Presidency has decided to convene a "mini-Summit" on 28 October in Copenhagen with the Heads of State and Government of the thirteen candidate countries (ten CEECs, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey) in order to explain to the future member countries the decision that will have been taken by the leaders of the Fifteen three days earlier at the Summit in Brussels (24/25 October).
