Brussels, 19/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The German Economist, Stefan Lehner, aged 45, who is currently Head of the central Budget Unit in the Research Directorate-General (DG), has been appointed head of cabinet of European Budget Commissioner Michaele Schreyer.
