Nadi, 18/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The third summit of heads of state of the 78 ACP countries (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific) which are partners of the European Union opened in Nadi (Narau Island, Fiji) on Thursday with solemnity matching the seriousness of its focus - ACP solidarity in a globalised world.
