Joseph Luns has passed away

Brussels, 17/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - Romano Prodi said on Wednesday that the European Commission regretted the passing away of the former Dutch foreign minister Joseph Luns, a "great European", who was one of the signatories of the Rome Treaty and Secretary General of NATO from 1971 to 1984.
