LEONARDO HOLDING, the Italian company consisting of the Italian holding company, GEMINA, Italian steel concern, FALCK and the BTP, IMPREGILO company which controls ADR - AEROPORTI DI ROMA, is going to sell 44.74% of its subsidiary to the Australian group, MACQUARIE BANK for USD 480 million. When the deal is finalised, ADR, which manages airports in Rome, will be 51.2% controlled by LEONARDO HOLDING. The deal has estimated that ADR is worth EUR 1.07 bn.
