Belgian producer of semi-finished aluminium products, RCA - REMI CLAEYS ALUMINIUM ahas signed an agreement with US company MARCO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, which involves a 25% stake in ALABAMA TUBE CORPORATION for an undisclosed figure.
