ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) satellites

FRANCE TELECOM has begun exclusive negotiations with investment group EURAZEO, in order to sell its 23% share in the European satellite operator EUTELSAT (annual turnover EUR 670 million). This deal is part of the restructuring plan that could cost EUR 75 million by the end of the year.
