Strasbourg, 04/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - By 333 to 73 with 68 abstentions on Thursday the plenary adopted a 52-point resolution (of the EPP-ED, Socialist, Liberal and Union for Europe of a Nations groups) covering all the topics dealt with by the European Council.
