Commission calls for annulment of Court of First Instance's Jégo-Quéré ruling

Brussels, 02/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has decided to appeal against the Court of First Instance's Jégo-Quéré ruling in order to avoid the risk of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Justice issuing contradictory rulings.
