Go-ahead to takeover of Coface by Natexis

Brussels, 02/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - Natexis Banques Populaires has received endorsement from the Commission for its intention to take over the control of the credit insurance Coface. The move, which concerns two French companies, does not pose a problem of competition as there are serious rivals on the markets concerned.
