Reasoned opinion against Germany for maritime cabotage

Brussels, 27/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Commission sent a reasoned opinion to Germany (last stage before formal referral to the Court of Justice) because of the restrictions imposed on the free provision of maritime transport services.
