25/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 20 June, the EU Council of Ministers approved its eighth report on human rights, democratic principles, the rule of law and good governance in Africa. This half-yearly report, which comes within the common position 98/350/CFSP, covers both action the EU has undertaken at horizontal level and with regard to specific African countries.
