First Member State report on reform of cohesion policy - few strong positions except for the Netherlands

Brussels, 19/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 17 June, the EU Council approved a document that takes stock of the debate between the Member States in a working group on reform of the cohesion policy after 2006 (see also yesterday's EUROPE, p.12).
