19/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the following operations: - acquisition of Brico Belgique by Vendex (DIY); - acquisition of the American advertising agency Bcom3 by France's Publicis; - acquisition of DSM Petrochemicals by the Saudi firm SABIC; - aid to investment for a paper paste plant belonging to Zellstoff Stendal; - a State guarantee for the German aeronautic constructor Fairchild Dornier. EUROPE will return to these decisions.
