In report intended for Seville Summit, Commission supports conclusion of twinning agreements between European secondary schools via the Internet

Brussels, 05/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - By end 2006, each of the 150,000 secondary schools in the EU should conclude an Internet twinning agreement with one or more schools in other Member States, or even third countries, as part of the dialogue between cultures.
