Commission report on guidelines for State aid linked to services of a general economic interest

Brussels, 05/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has adopted a report for the attention of the European Council of Seville on the state of work on guidelines relating to State aid linked to services of a general economic interest. The document sets out the relationship between compensations for public service and Community rules regarding State aid.
