Brussels, 17/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - The plenary session of the European Convention will be meeting on 23 and 24 May in Brussels to discuss: - how the EU fulfils its functions: efficiency and legitimacy (see below); - the Forum and the preparations for the Convention session devoted to civil society (24 and 25 June).
