Conference on impact of new chemicals policy

Brussels, 17/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on 21 May, Enterprise and Information Society Commissioner Erkki Liikanen and Environment Commissioner Margot Wallström will be opening a conference to discuss the potential business impact of the new chemicals policy sketched out in the European Commission White Paper. 300 people representing industry, NGOs, workers, EU Member States and non-EU countries will attend the one-day conference.
