10/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Assembly of European Regions (AER), Liese Prokop, wrote to the new French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin to congratulate him for his nomination. Jean-Pierre Raffarin, who has just resigned from the Presidency of the region of Poitou-Charente due to the non-cumulatino of mandates, is a member of the AER office.
