Brussels, 10/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - In a letter to his counterparts the Spanish Prime Minister, Jose Maria Aznar, outlined the programme of the second EU/Latin America/Caribbean summit, which will bring together, on 17 May in Madrid, the Heads of State and Government of the fifteen EU Member States, 17 Latin American countries and 16 Caribbean countries.
