10/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council formally adopted, in the field: 1) of youth: conclusions on the follow-up to the Commission White Paper "A new impetus for European Youth", approved on 14 February; 2) of culture: a decision designating the city of Cork (Ireland) as European culture capital in 2005; 3) of employment: a decision on Community incentive measures in terms of employmentas approved by the Conciliation Committee (see EUROPE of 28 February, p.15).
