19/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved a 74.4 million euro programme to support cross-border co-operation between Italy and Switzerland. The EU is granting 25.6 million of this aid. The programme has as goal to develop the economy on both sides of the border and enhance trans-national co-operation.
