TotalFinaElf may take sole control of three German traders

Brussels, 18/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised TotalFinaElf Deutschland, subsidiary of the French group TotalFinaElf, to take sole control of the German traders in refined mineral products, Michel Mineralolhandel (MMH), total Saarberg (TSG) and Elf MineraloBerlin (EMB), that it had so far controlled equally with Saarberg Handel GmbH.
