03/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The new protocol to the Co-operation and Customs Union Agreement between the EU and San Marino came into force on 1 April 2002. The original agreement was signed in Brussels on 16 December 1991, but was amended to also apply to the most recent EU Member States (Austria, Finland and Sweden). The Agreement and accompanying statements were published in Official Journal L84 of 28 March.
