After lawyers, non-Italian EU architects will now find it easier to work in Italy following Court ruling

Luxembourg, 03/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - As requested by the European Commission, which brought this case against Italy, the European Court of Justice is continuing to clarify Italian legislation governing the professions. After ruling against Italy for restricting lawyers' activities (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.15), the Fifth Chamber of the Court, chaired by Austrian judge Peter Jann (Swedish judge Stig von Bahr chaired the same court in the lawyers' case) again ruled against Italy for...
