02/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - In a question put to the Council of the European Union, Pasok member Myrsini Zorba urged for school books and the educational programmes of the Union Member States to have a greater European content. The aim of reaching a common European identity can only be reached if European pupils learn the common history of the European States (mainly 20th century history), European civilisation and its values, said the Greek parliamentarian.
