Brussels, 02/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - "The EU is concerned to learn of the postponement of the planned visit by the United Nations Secretary General's Special Envoy to Burma, Tan Sri Razali Ismail. The EU is surprised to receive this news so soon after the Troika's own visit to Burma/Myanmar on 13-16 March.
