Brussels, 25/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - In the framework of strengthened co-operation to combat doping in sport, the Spanish secretary of state for sport, Juan Antonio Gomez Angulo and the Sports Commissioner Viviane Reding will be meeting Latin American sports ministers (the Spanish-American Sports Council) in Lima for the first time on 25/26 March to discuss anti-doping measures, professionalisation of sport, violence and the social function of sport.
