Commission to no longer pursue proceedings regarding Germany book pricing system

Brussels, 25/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission decided to no longer pursue competition proceedings regarding the German book price fixing system (so-called 'Sammelrevers'). Following the sending of a Statement of Objections in July 2001, the Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels e.V.
