Commission refers Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg and Spain to court of Justice

Brussels, 22/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission decided to refer Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg and Spain to the Court of Justice for failure to notify national measures to implement the Directive on the legal protection of conditional access services (television, radio and on-line services offered to the public at a distance and subject to payment).
