22/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - Following the proposal in December to amend the Trans-European energy networks (TETN) (see EUROPE 20 December page 10), on 12 March the Commission will present a proposal to bring the Community financial contribution rate to priority TETN projects from 20% from 10%.
