22/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the Dutch company SCA Hygiene Products (SCA), a fully-owned subsidiary of the Swedish forest industry company Svenska Cellulosa AB, to acquire the Italian company, CartoInvest. Both companies manufacture tissue hygiene products, such as toilet paper, kitchen towels, handkerchiefs and napkins.
