22/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the American company Sanmina-SCI Corp to acquire all the assets and part of the liabilities of three Alcatel industrial sites located in France (Cherbourg), Germany (Gunzenhausenet) and Spain (Toledo). Both groups are present on the market for electrical engineering and industrial control systems.
