Brussels, 21/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - European Defence Ministers met on Friday and Saturday in Zaragoza for an informal Council, under the chairmanship of Spanish Minister Federico Trillo (see EUROPE of 11/12 March, p.8 for details). Debates will be devoted, on Friday, to the fight against terrorism. The Presidency hopes a declaration will be approved on the development of the second pillar in this field, through cooperation with the military secret services and coordination of protection...
