Cape Town, 21/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - After a vote that took place in great confusion, the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly finally adopted, on Thursday in Cape Town, a resolution on the situation in Zimbabwe, but a large part of the ACP group did not take part in the vote.
