21/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the debate on the Barcelona Summit its extraordinary plenary session on Thursday, the EP adopted a resolution (which we will be returning to, along with the brief debate on the Commission's strategy for 2003 - see yesterday's EUROPE, p.6).
